Abstract

The objective of this seminar is to discuss the principles of a well functioning public expenditure management system that supports growth and fiscal stability. With this perspective in mind, it will also evaluate the status of public expenditure management in Poland and discuss possible remedies to improve the management of public expenditures in Poland.
